Wilson Henry Love, 39, for driving with a suspended license and speeding. Kyle Thomas Coats, 22, for three counts of simple battery and obstruction of a police officer. Troy Dean Tyson, 30, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Shirley Whitfield, 34, for violation of probation. Michael Anthony Mitchum, 24, for one felony count of possession of methamphetamine. Donald Keith Culpepper, 50, for DUI and possession of an open container of alcohol. Steve Wayne Sparks, 47, for simple battery and obstructing a 911 call. Matthew Aram Masrob, 18, for DUI, possession of marijuana, failure to maintain lane, driving without proof of insurance and driving without the proper class license. Spencer Tyrone Forte, 34, for violation of probation. Sidney E. Edwards, 28, for violation of probation. Eddie Joe Brawster, 48, for theft by taking. Darryl O. Gordon, 26, for driving with a suspended license and improper display of tag. Jason Craig Jones, 25, for violation of probation. Wesley Tremayne Dukes, 22, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Arthur Lewis Poythress, 31, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Thomas Lowery Swafford, 20, for DUI. Tammy D. Watts, 31, for violation of probation. Glenn Eugene Raglon, 46, for two counts of financial identity fraud. Benjamin Thompson David, 28, for one felony count of violation of probation.
