Seantel Maseyse Deal, 27, for theft by shoplifting. Angel Latrice McGuire, 18, for theft by shoplifting. Michael Larry Lillibridge, 45, for possession of methamphetamine, driving with a suspended license and driving with defective equipment. William Travis Siddons Jr., 17, for theft by shoplifting. Tyrone Anthony Brown, 53, for driving with a suspended license, speeding and driving without proof of insurance. Byron Russel McDougal, 20, for violation of probation. James Green, 22, for failure to appear in court. Charles Ward, 24, for violation of probation. Michael Bernard Bateman, 22, for forgery in the first degree and theft by deception.
