Last 2003 public budget hearing set The Fulton County Board of Commissioners will hold the last of its 2003 public budget hearings January 8, 2003, at 10 a.m., Government Center Assembly Hall, 141 Pryor Street, S.W in Atlanta. During the month of October, the Board held seven other public hearings in various locations throughout Fulton to receive taxpayers' input regarding the county's 2003 general fund and special services district fund budgets.
