Wednesday, December 11, 2002 New course starts Jan. 7 The Advantage School of Real Estate will offer the 75-hour Real Estate Salesperson's Pre-Licensing Course starting Tuesday, Jan. 7. The course will be held at Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Peachtree City/Fayette County office, located at 1968-A Hwy. 54 West, Fayetteville, (just east of the Peachtree City limits). The cost is $395 per person, which covers the entire cost of the course, including materials. The instructor will be Pedro Carrillo, a licensed real estate instructor who is a fulltime instructor at the Georgia State University International School of Business. Classes will be Tuesday through Thursday evenings from 6-9 p.m. and on three Saturdays (Jan. 11, Jan. 25, and Feb. 8) from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The final exam will be on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. A limited number of participants will be accepted for the course.
