More accolades for Pathway

Pathway Communities, one of Atlanta's leading developers, has again impressed the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association with its marketing and advertising efforts.

Pathway was awarded three Gold and three Silver Professionalism Awards at a recent banquet held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. The Professionalism Awards recognize excellence in home building, marketing and advertising.

Pathway received Gold Awards for SummerGrove at Newnan's Web site, best ad campaign for Monarch Village in Henry County and best print ad for Lake Forest in Forsyth County. Silver Awards included best amenity package for Monarch Village and best print ad and best Web site for Lake Forest.

In addition to its accolades on a local level, SummerGrove and Monarch Village received Silver Awards from the National Association of Home Builders for best black and white ad. Silver Award winners are eligible for a Gold which will be awarded at the national convention in Las Vegas in January 2003.

McRae Communications, Pathway's advertising and public relations agency, was responsible for the development of the ad campaigns and websites.
