Metro Brokers gets the gold (again)

Once again, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) has selected metrobrokers.com Best Realtor Website in the Atlanta area for the second consecutive year. The official website for Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate, metrobrokers.com was chosen by HBA's judges for its functionality, ease of use and overall design.

The only organization recognizing Atlanta real estate companies for excellence in website design, the HBA has been promoting, protecting and preserving homeownership in the greater Atlanta area since its inception in 1945. HBA is an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), headquartered in Washington, D.C.

Presented Nov. 9 at HBA's Professionalism Awards banquet at the Georgia World Congress Center and accepted by marketing coordinator Tisha Gay, the award has already made a permanent home in the trophy case at Metro Brokers' corporate headquarters -- next to last year's trophy.

Over the past year, Metro Brokers has implemented a new instant message/chat feature to enhance its Web site. Now, homebuyers can click and connect instantly with Metro Mike to obtain specific information on schools and neighborhoods.

Just last month, Metro Brokers became the first Atlanta real estate company to successfully manage the migration process of both the FMLS and the MLS, including photos, within the company Web site without data duplication. As a result, metrobrokers.com has a database of 60,000 Atlanta area homes double that of any other website serving the same area.

Metrobrokers.com remains the most popular Web site in Atlanta, with an average of two million hits and 6,500 unique visitors per week. The average visitor session, or time spent on the Web site, is more than 21 minutes a lifetime in the online world.
