Dunnett named region sales manager at Wieland

Jimmy Dunnett was recently named Region Sales Manager for John Wieland's South Atlanta Operations in a move that positions the company for further growth and expansion. John Wieland is currently building in ten neighborhoods on Atlanta's Southside through out Fayette, South Fulton and Dekalb Counties.

Joining John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods a couple of years ago as a neighborhood sales manager, Dunnett brings a portfolio of experience to the region sales manager position. A graduate of Morehead State University, Dunnett has been involved with sales and marketing throughout his career. Prior to joining John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods, he was the regional vice president of sales and operations for Reynolds and Reynolds in Los Angeles and served as a distributor sales manager for the Atlanta-based company Print South.

Dunnett will be responsible for the sales and marketing of ten John Wieland neighborhoods which include Lakeside on Redwine, Centennial, Southampton and Governor's Rowe in Fayette County; The Regency, Regency Hills, Regency Oaks, Guilford Forest and Regency Point in the historic Cascade area of South Fulton County; and Meadowbrook Glen in South Dekalb.

Founded by John Wieland in 1970, John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods is currently building in 60 neighborhoods throughout the Southeast, with 1338 closings and revenues of $538 million in 2002. Named "National Builder of the Year" and "National Housing Quality Award Winner," the company is the Southeast's leading builder of move-up homes.
