Rodrick Ray Fields, 32, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Laurell Ricardo Britt, 33, for failure to appear in court. Eric Bernard Boyd, 18, for simple battery. Donald H. Grooms Jr., 33, for theft by taking. Francis Dwayne Chang, 22, for violation of probation. Kenneth Lewis Leverette, 33, for theft by shoplifting. Joseph Louis Skinner, 20, for violation of probation. Amanda Clarice Zaske, 27, for shoplifting. Jeffery Mark Smith, 36, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Corrae Noelle Upshaw, 25, for DUI and failure to maintain lane.
