Christopher John Allen, 18, for speeding and reckless driving. Kimberly Arnold, 21, for passing a bad check. Jimmy Brock Dorminy III, 20, for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Tyler Andrew Hulsey, 20, for failure to maintain lane, littering, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. Kenneth Lee Hamlett, 36, for passing a bad check. Christman Hampton, 35, for violation of probation. Daniel Keith Rakestraw, 29, for violation of probation. Sherri Wortham, 24, for violation of probation. Emily Paulette Morrow, 38, for passing a bad check. Stephen Richard Harper, 27, for driving with a suspended license.
