Christmas kicks off in Senoia next week By JOHN
THOMPSON Next weekend promises to be a busy Christmas weekend in Senoia. This year's Light Up Senoia celebration is set for Dec. 7 at 6 p.m. A parade featuring Santa Claus will kick off the festivities, and the parade will culminate at the intersection of Main and Seavy Street for the lighting of the tree. Any resident who wants to be in the parade should contact Judyl Belisle or another committee member. In addition to the parade, local groups will be selling hot chocolate and other goodies, and local choirs will contribute to the festive atmosphere. The parade will also showcase Senoia's new angel decorations that will be illuminated during the holiday season.
