Wednesday, November 13, 2002 Sales moving at Eagle's Nest agle's Nest, Bob Adams Homes' neighborhood of 70 golf villas inside the Eagle's Landing Country Club community in Henry County, is now nearly one-third sold out. Sharon Patterson, broker for the Eagle's Landing Sales Center, which is marketing the neighborhood, said that many of the homebuyers and potential homebuyers have been empty nesters and single professionals. The Eagle's Nest neighborhood lies within the back nine holes of the championship course at Eagle's Landing Country Club, and both golf and interior homesites are available, said Patterson. A large number of homesites will accommodate basements. The golf villa homes in Eagle's Nest are priced from $229,000 to $450,000, which includes swim/tennis membership, and lawn maintenance is included in the home owners dues for the neighborhood. Bob Adams Homes, the exclusive builder in the neighborhood, is offering eight different floor plans.
