Wednesday, November 13, 2002 Bihuniak to head Bullard's Fayette office Laura R. Bihuniak has been named Cendant Mortgage's financial services representative in Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Peachtree City/Fayette County office. The announcement was made by Gino Berchock, regional sales manager of Cendant Mortgage, who said Bihuniak will work primarily with customers in the area served by Coldwell Banker Bullard's Peachtree City/Fayette County and Newnan/Coweta County offices, providing services in conventional, government, and specialized financing; relocation loans, and construction lending, as well as special credit solutions. Berchock also announced that Johnny Dykes, the Cendant Mortgage financial services representative in Coldwell Banker Bullard's Jonesboro/Clayton County office, reached a milestone Oct. 19, observing his 10th anniversary of working from that office. Dykes works primarily with customers in the area served by Coldwell Banker Bullard's Jonesboro/Clayton County and McDonough/Henry Couny offices. Berchock pointed out that while the two financial services representatives have their offices in Coldwell Banker Bullard locations, the Cendant Mortgage services are available not only to the real estate firm's clients, but to any qualified person needing a mortgage loan. Coldwell Banker Bullard's Peachtree City/Fayette County office is located at 1968-A Hwy. 54 West, Fayetteville (just east of the Peachtree City limits), and the Cendant Mortgage telephone number there is 770-487-1929. Bihuniak, who is a resident of Peachtree City, holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Hofstra University in New York. While still in school, she began her financial career while working as a management intern with National Westminister Bank. Following graduation, she continued to work in banking, serving as an investment representative for Mellon Bank (Dreyfus Service Corporation) and as a relationship manager for Chase Manhattan Corporation. Relocating to the Atlanta area in 1997, Ms. Bihuniak worked in sales and marketing management in the computer software industry before joining CharterBank in Newnan as a mortgage lending officer. She has been involved with the Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors, the Women's Council of Realtors, and the Newnan/Coweta Chamber of Commerce.
