New model in Swan Lake

The new furnished model home is now open in The Woods @ Swan Lake, Meyer-Sutton Homes' lake and beach community in the Stockbridge area of Henry County.

Located on Swan Lake Drive, The Woods @ Swan Lake is an exclusive, cozy community of 28 three- and four-bedroom homes priced from the $130,000s. The builder has introduced several innovative ranch floor plans, and two-story and split foyer designs are also available. Current inventory includes a number of homes ready for immediate closings.

The large one-acre plus homesites offer privacy for homeowners and are situated in heavily-wooded countryside. Some basement homesites are available, and the exteriors of the homes feature brick and stone accents.

The community is in the school district served by Stockbridge High, a 2002 Georgia School of Excellence, Stockbridge Middle School and Cotton Indian Elementary School.

More information about The Woods @ Swan Lake can be obtained by calling Penny Mapp-Hay of City Realty Inc., the marketing agency for the community, at 678-565-7101 or 770-808-3174, or by visiting the model home.
