Wednesday, November 13, 2002 New model unveiled at Cedarcroft Visitors to the recent Agents Open House at Cedarcroft, Ravin Homes' single-family residential community in the western part of Peachtree City, got to see the new custom built home now serving as the model home for the community. The "Phoenix" model features four bedrooms (master on the main level), two and one-half baths, formal living and dining areas, family room with fireplace, and screened porch with access through the breakfast nook and the master bedroom. The vinyl and stacked stone exterior offers a low-maintenance lifestyle. Michael Rossetti, president of Ravin Homes, said the new model home, located at the entrance, is indicative of the new custom home product line now being constructed in Cedarcroft. Door prize winners at the open house, each of whom received a $50 prize, included Beverly Shea of Metro Brokers GMAC, Vivien Scarbrough of Century 21 Scarbrough Properties, Debbie Lowe of Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty, Pat Roman of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, Darlene Pearson of Re/Max Results, and Sam Surfus of Keller Williams Realty. The 220-home Cedarcroft community is off MacDuff Parkway, which runs off Ga. Highway 54 west of Highway 74 North, and St. Albans Way as the entrance road into the community.
