Kristen Gittemeier is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A Henry County resident, she is married to Kevin Gittemeier. They have two children, Justin, 3, and Ryan, 2. Maria Kello has joined Prudential Georgia Realty at its new Peachtree City location in The Avenue shopping plaza at the corner of Ga. highways 54 and 74. Originally from Brazil, she now resides with her family in Peachtree City. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she concentrates on residential real estate in the Fayette County and surrounding region. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Lori McCain is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A resident of Newnan, she received her training through the MLS Training Institute. She is also employed full-time as manager at Loco's Deli & Pub in Newnan. Sandra L. Perez-Ochoa is a new sales associate with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Born and raised in Chicago and with a bachelor's degree in management from National-Louis University in Evanston, Ill., she speaks fluent English and Spanish. Her previous employment included real estate-related work with Delta Air Lines, where she was a manager/buyer involved in leasing of hotels, corporate apartments and transportation, She also was with Ameritech, where she was involved in purchasing of telecommunications equipment. A Henry County resident, she is married to Vincente Ochoa, and they have one daughter, Evangelina, 10 months old. She is in the Navy Reserves and is a member of St. Philip Benizi Church. She is a volunteer for A Friend's House, an emergency shelter of children under 15 years of age, and she serves on the executive committee for LEPC, the local emergency planning committee for Henry County, and the Delta Soccer Club. Tracy Carroll Trite is now a partner in the law firm of Stephen G. Waldrop, LLC. The firm will be known as Waldrop & Trite, LLC, specializing in all aspects of real estate including residential, commercial and real estate litigation. Dee Dee Tucker has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate as a sales associate. Prior to joining Metro Brokers, Tucker worked as a sales representative and administrative assistant with Consolidated Freightways for 13 years. Tucker will be working through the Peachtree City office, located at 2100 Highway 54 East, Suite 110. She will focus on residential home buying and selling needs. Karen Waite has joined Prudential Georgia Realty in its Peachtree City office. She specializes in residential, commercial, and investment properties in Fayette County and the Southern Crescent and has experience in the mortgage field. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors. Originally from Westchester County, N.Y., she studied psychology at the College of Westchester. She has volunteered to help feed the homeless at Turner Field on Thanksgiving and to raise money for PBS. She also recently joined the NAACP.
