Kenneth Dwayne Morgan, 30, for driving with a suspended license, speeding, driving without an auto tag and driving without proof of insurance. Jill Grant Walker, 35, for deposit account fraud. Tyrice Jackson, 22, for one felony count of violation of probation. Christopher Eric Samples, 32, for theft by taking while acting in a fiduciary capacity. Jason Craig Jones, 25, for driving with a suspended license. Willie Brown, 34, for five counts of theft by deception. Tabatha Anitta Colzie, 24, for violation of probation. Jason Wilkins, 29, for violation of probation. Annessa Rochell Wells, 28, for failure to appear in court. Terry Brown, 40, for one felony count of violation of probation.
