Fayetteville P&Z sets agenda

Here are the issues the Fayetteville Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to consider this month:

Special exception and development plans for Kroger Fuel Center at 134 Banks Crossing.

Special exception for Hampton Inn at Fayette Promenade and Ga. Highway 85 north.

Preliminary plat for Phase 4B of Fayette Pavilion.

Temporary building at Fayette Promenade.

Rezoning and special exception for Flash Foods at 340 Lanier Avenue.

Rezoning and special exception for Flash Foods at 145 Jeff Davis Drive.

Development plans for ALDI, Inc., on Hwy. 85 north.

Rezoning and special exception for Wendy's at 520 North Glynn Street.

Development plans for Voicestream co-location at 332 First Manassas Mile Road.

Revised preliminary plat for The Village at Habersham Park.

Development plans for Scarborough & Company additions at 155 Robinson Drive.

The commission's work session is Tuesday at 7 p.m. and its regular meeting is scheduled for the following Tuesday, Nov. 19, at the same time. Both are in the council chambers at City Hall.
