Emory Peachtree Regional Hospital
selects new chief nursing officer

Michelle Sabree has been selected as the new chief nursing officer at Emory Peachtree Regional Hospital. Sabree received her Diploma of Nursing from Hartford Hospital School of Nursing in 1972.

She comes to Peachtree Regional after retiring from the U.S. Air Force in 1999 with 24 years of service. She holds a BA degree in psychology from St Leo's College and a master's degree in nursing administration from the Medical College of Virginia.

Sabree has held various clinical and administrative positions including director of primary care services at the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs as well as clinical coordinator in women's and children's services at Peachtree Regional Hospital.

Sabree lives in Peachtree City with her husband Phillip, a pilot for Delta Air Lines, and their two boys, Justin and Callyn.

"We are very happy to have Michelle on board as our new CNO," said Steve Anderson, CEO of Emory Peachtree Regional Hospital. "She brings to us an abundance of knowledge and experience. Michelle will prove valuable as we continue to enhance the quality of our nursing care."
