Thomas Spear Lewallen, 35, for failure to appear in court. David Edward Brabson Jr., 38, for theft by deception. Duane Robin Thomas, 46, for driving without proof of insurance, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and failure to egister a vehicle within 30 days of moving to Georgia.
