Imro Renaldo Burnet, 48, for violation of probation. Ray Pittman, 40, for conversion of real property. Kenny Durham, 35, for violation of probation. Thomas Spear Lewallen, 35, for failure to appear in court. David Edward Brabson Jr., 38, for theft by deception. Duane Robin Thomas, 46, for driving without proof of insurance, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and failure to egister a vehicle within 30 days of moving to Georgia. William Shane Smith, 29, for simple battery. Terry Lee Jones, 18, for theft by taking (motor vehicle) and stalking. Krisitian Underwood, 23, for DUI. Michael C.
