Wednesday, October 9, 2002 Forrest listed in Chronicle Forrest Homes Inc. has earned a spot in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's yearly listing of "Atlanta's Top 25 Home Builders." The annual ranking, which was published in the newspaper's edition for Aug. 30-Sept. 5, had Forrest Homes, which had previously been unranked, in the No. 17 position. The ranking was based on the number of permits issued in 2001. Forrest Homes, which is headed by President, owner and founder Michael Adamson, has its headquarters in Alpharetta and marketing offices in Jonesboro. The company is currently developing and building nine communities in the Metro Atlanta area, including Clayton, South Fulton, Spalding, Bartow and Cherokee counties. The company emphasizes the building of high-quality, affordable homes in a neighborhood setting.
