Wednesday, October 9, 2002 Sales continue in Jasper Heights The Knight Group has already recorded 32 new homes sales in Jasper Heights since the marketing effort there began in January. Jasper Heights, located on Hwy. 3 in Hampton just eight miles from Interstate 75 and three miles from Hwy. 19-41, has a total of 67 homes, 53 of which are in the first phase. This is a swim/tennis neighborhood, and homebuyers can choose from 21 different floor plans, including ranch, two-story and split foyer designs. The homes, which are on homesites sized at above one-half acre, are priced from $120,900 to $142,000. Several basement lots are available, and the second phase will offer rear entry garages. The neighborhood is in the area served by Mt. Carmel Elementary School, Luella Middle School and Henry County High School.
