Wednesday, October 9, 2002 Real estate course starts Oct. 29 The Advantage School of Real Estate will offer the 75-hour Real Estate Salesperson's Pre-Licensing Course starting Tuesday, Oct. 29. The course will be held at Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Peachtree City/Fayette County office, located at 1968-A Hwy. 54 West, Fayetteville, (just east of the Peachtree City limits). The cost is $395 per person, which covers the entire cost of the course, including materials. The instructor will be Pedro Carrillo, a licensed real estate instructor who is a fulltime instructor at the Georgia State University International School of Business. Classes will be Tuesday through Thursday evenings from 6-9 p.m. and on three Saturdays from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The final exam will be Saturday, Dec. 21, from 9 a.m.-noon. A limited number of participants in the course will be accepted.
