Dixie Brienza has joined Prudential Georgia Realty in its Peachtree City office. A native of Brunswick, Dixie now resides in Peachtree City with her family. Before entering real estate, she served four years active duty and three years as a reservist in the U.S. Air Force. Dixie concentrates on residential real estate in the Fayette, Clayton, and Coweta County region. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. Actively involved in the community, Dixie currently serves as publicity chairperson for the Fayette County Chapter of the Learning Disabilities Association of Georgia. She recently founded the Fayette County Asperger Syndrome Support Group of South Atlanta to benefit children with high functioning autism. Shelley Cordle has joined the staff of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's McDonough/Henry County office as a sales associate. Cordle, who received her training through the MLS Training Institute, has been in real estate for one year. A Jackson resident, she is married to James Cordle. They have two children, Anna, 4, and Jimmy, 3. She is a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Stephen Kipa has joined John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods as its new Neighborhood Sales Manager in Southampton. A graduate of Georgia Southern University and a Georgia native, he has been a resident of Fayette County for more than 20 years. He joined Wieland Realty Associates with three years of residential real estate experience. Tracey Mayer is a new agent with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A resident of Fayette County, she is married to Kenneth Mayer. She has one child, Cameron, 10. She is a member of Tara Baptist Church. Lee E. Thomas is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Thomas, who is a resident of Griffin, is a graduate of of Georgia State University. He is married to Pauline Thomas, and they have one daughter, Crissy, and two granddaughters, Jordan and Brittany. Thomas is a member of Crestview Baptist Church in Griffin and has been a member of F&AM Masons and Shriners. Shannon Nerny has joined the sales team at Keller Williams Realty. A resident of Peachtree City, she recently completed her real estate certification through the Gaddy School of Real Estate. Shannon is a life-long resident of the area and has three children. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at her childrens' schools and is active in their various sports teams. Candace Novotny is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Novotny, who received her training through the Georgia MLS Institute, is a member of the National Apartment Association. A resident of Henry County, she is married to Andrew J. Novotny.
