Prudential Atlanta/Georgia Realty has entered into an alliance for ADT Security Services to provide free home security systems (with the signing of a home monitoring contract) to its home buyers. Unlike many agreements with security companies, homeowners will actually own the security system. Installation will be provided by All Safe, Inc., an authorized dealer of ADT, and systems will be fully monitored by ADT, the largest home security company in the world. Past, present, and future clients of Prudential Atlanta/Georgia Realty are eligible to receive the $1,000 value home security system. Past clients should simply contact their Prudential Realtor for the required certificate. "We could think of no greater gift to those families putting their trust in us to find them a new home," stated Dan Forsman, president and CEO of Prudential Atlanta/Georgia Realty. "These security systems offer the gift of life and safety for one's loved ones and possessions." The ADT security system provides immediate response to police, fire, and paramedic emergencies. It also offers the ability to arm or disarm the system from any touch tone phone in the world. Many other system features and benefits are available. ADT is so confident of its security systems, it offers a theft protection guarantee. The company will pay the homeowner's insurance deductible (up to $500) if a client's property is successfully broken into while using an ADT security system. "Homeowners with security systems also have the added benefit of receiving up to 20 percent off their annual homeowner's insurance," explained Jim Roth, president of All Safe, Inc., the largest provider of home security in the Southeast.
