The four furnished model homes are open and the first sales activity has begun in Liberty Square Park, the Reese Builders & Developers community in Hampton. Located on Hwy. 19-41 directly across from the main entrance to Atlanta Motor Speedway, Liberty Square already has one closed sale, one pre-sale and one lot reservation. The community contains three separate neighborhoods, and new home construction is underway in all three neighborhoods. The neighborhood known at The Villages has homes priced from $129,000; Colonial Gardens offers homes starting in the $130,000s; and Patriots Place has prices beginning in the $150,000s. Homes in The Villages have low maintenance exteriors, those in Colonial Gardens have 25 percent masonry, and the Patriots Place homes feature 75 percent masonry. Full masonry exteriors are an upgrade option. Liberty Square Park is a swim and playground community with sidewalks, streetlights and sodded front and back yards. Three, four and five-bedroom with finished basements are available. All homes feature hardwood foyers and security systems. Each of the four builders in the community has a furnished model home staffed by on-site sales agents. CAI, which is building 17 different plans in the community, is an experienced builder which got started on the north side of Atlanta in 1984. Since turning its attention to the metro south area several years ago, CAI has built in The Woods of Lake Dow, Williams Bluff, and Marsha's Vineyard, all in Henry County. Davis has been involved in home building for almost a decade and is a Certified Professional Home Builder. The company is building 10 different plans in Liberty Square Park. John Christian, who is offering 12 plans in the community, has been in home building since 1985. His company has experienced success in a large number of metro south communities, including Walden, Spivey Cove, Lakehaven, Vineyards at Eagle's Landing, The Legends, Melrose and Crown River. Bill Spelce, owner of Woodland Homes, has been in home building for more than 25 years. Woodland Homes, founded in April 1998, has previously been the exclusive builder at Hampton Brook in Henry County and in subdivisions in Coweta County. The model homes are open from 1-6 p.m. daily.
