Silverstone has grand opening

The final weekend in August served as the kickoff for Grand Opening at Silverstone, Brayson Homes' 80-home community on Hwy. 19-41 (Tara Boulevard) in Clayton County.

Brayson Homes has also opened its two furnished model homes in the community, which has home prices beginning in the $130,000s. The model homes include the "Palmetto," a ranch plan, and the "Austin," a two-story home.

There have already been 18 new home sales in Silverstone since the marketing effort began there three months ago.

Located off Tara Boulevard between Mundy's Mill Road and Old Poston Road, Silverstone is a short distance south of the Clayton County Justice Complex. Ranch, two-story and split foyer plans are being built in Silverstone, and the home exteriors are of low maintenance brick and vinyl.

The community has sidewalks, streetlights and underground utilities, and there are some larger lots. The homesites include many which are wooded in the back, and basement lots are available.

More information about Silverstone can be obtained by calling Janice Norkum and Rebecca Brown, Brayson Homes' on-site sales agents, at 770-478-0714.

Brayson Homes is one of only a few of the 13,000 builders in the more than 20-year history of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program to receive the prestigious Diamond Builder award for quality construction and customer service.

The company has earned awards in the prestigious Professionalism Competition sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales & Marketing Council.
