New golf community in Griffin

Pre-sales are underway in Westminster Hills, an exclusive golf course community by Dixon Development in the Griffin area.

"This is an exceptional opportunity," said Jane Foster, a member of the Lee-Dixon Realty sales team marketing Westminster Hills. "This property is along the Griffin Country Club golf course, which is one of the most respected courses in the state. And, the home prices start in the low $200,000s, offering great values for homebuyers."

As an introductory offer, A $20,000 discount is available of specific golf view homesites.

The 44-home community is located on North Pine Hill, which runs off Hwy. 16. The home plans, designed by well known architect Frank Betts, are similar to the plans built by the Dixon organization in the highly-successful StoneBriar communities in Fayetteville.

The builder in Westminster Hills, Dixon-Alley Builders Inc., is making available not only 10 of the Frank Betts plans from StoneBriar, but also a large collection of other Betts designs. Buyers also have the option of providing their own custom homes plans, as long as they are compatible with the designs of the other homes in the community.

More information about Westminster Hills can be obtained by calling Ann W. Roghelia of Lee-Dixon Realty at 770-616-3109 or Jane Foster of Lee-Dixon Realty at 404-557-1779.

During that time, he has been recognized as Business Person of the Year by the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce and Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia. Members of the Dixon Development partnerships have been honored as Best Builder of the Year by the Peachtree City home inspection department three times since the award was created seven years ago.
