Big year for Brayson

According to sales figures just released by Smart Numbers, a residential real estate information, analysis and forecasting company, Brayson is Coweta County's top producing home builder.

Since January 2002, Brayson has sold 22 homes, priced from the $130s to the $150s in Newnan's Bellaire at SummerGrove and North Square at Avery Park.

Darren White, vice president of sales and marketing for Brayson Homes, believes the company's success in Coweta is a combination of many factors.

"When you combine the great amenity package and lifestyle offered at both Avery Park and SummerGrove, with Brayson's price point and quality-driven reputation, the result is a product unlike any other in the Atlanta area," said White.

According to Dan Camp, senior vice president and general manager at Pathway Communities, the developer of Avery Park and SummerGrove believes Brayson's presence in the two communities have contributed greatly to each community's diverse product offering.

"At every community we strive to offer a variety of price points," said Camp. "The Brayson team has entered the Coweta market in a big way, and is giving home buyers what they want a great home at a great price in communities which offer great amenities."

Brayson Homes is no stranger to success. Over the past 25 years, the company has built over 6,500 homes in the Atlanta area. The company has received numerous awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for its functional floor plans and marketing initiatives and has been named a top 100 builder by Builder Magazine.

Brayson's success in Coweta has prompted the opening of Bellaire at SummerGrove, a 71-home neighborhood and a new designer model home at North Square at Avery Park.
