Tambry S. Gadd is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A Coweta County resident, she has three children: Kristin, Caroline and Hunter. Dee King is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A Henry County resident, she received her training through the MLS Training Institute. Her educational background includes two years of college, and her previous business experience includes work as a medical assistant and in accounting. She has had her own wallpaper installation business, Immaculate Interiors. She is married to Bryan King, and has six children, Rachael Hellinger, Michelle Hellinger, Zeke King, Ashleigh Mulker, Issy King and chris King; and three grandsons, Sean, Halleigh and Micalah. She is active in her daughter's traveling fastpitch softball teams, the Renegades. Kareemah Muhammad is a new agent with the Riverdale/Tri-County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A resident of Clayton County, she received her training through the Georgia MLS Institute. A college student, she is also a small business owner, as she owns Anjil's Essence and is co-owner of Newlife Herbs, Oils & Spices. She is a member of Toastmasters, the Old National Merchants Association, the Ponderosa Neighborhood Association, and the South Fulton Coalition. She was elected Youth of the Year by the Black Clergy and Victory Over Violence in 2000. She is also a member of the National Conference for Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution. Laura Anne Parris, who is an associate broker, has joined the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Parris, who has been in real estate for four years, received her pre and post license training through Georgia MLS and earned her broker's license this year. A member of the Metro South, Georgia and National Associations of Realtors, she is a member of the Million Dollar Club and on the membership committee for the Women's Council of Realtors. A portion of of all monies earned by Parris is donated to the Children's Wish Foundation or CURE in memory of her daughter, Lesa Marie Parris (1983-98). A resident of Locust Grove, she is married to David Parris, who is employed by BellSouth in McDonough. They have one daughter, Allison, 21, a senior at the University of Georgia; and one son, David, who is employed at Moye's Pharmacy. Parris is an alumna of Alpha Gamma Delta at the University of Georgia, and she is involved with numerous community and civic organizations. Carondelet (Ronnie) Price is a new agent with the Riverdale/Tri-County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A Fayette County resident, she entered real estate in late July. Married to Garland R. Price, she has two daughters, Cherise A Winston, 21, and MyKell A. Price, 6. She is newsletter editor for Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Karen L. Sullivan of Sharpsburg is a new sales associate with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She received her training through the Barney Fletcher Real Estate Schools and was formerly a sales representative for Cingular Wireless in Peachtree City for three years. A California native, she has lived here for four years. She is married to Sean Sullivan, and she has two children, Lori, 26, and Joe, 23; and one grandson, Christian, 7 months old.
