Prudential Georgia Realty's Peachtree City office in Fayetteville has experienced major growth in recent years. Its sales team has increased to more than 40 Realtors and the group is busting at the seams of its current office space on Hwy. 54. Accordingly, to company president Dan Forsman has announced the signing of a deal for 5,500 square feet of space in an exclusive new shopping plaza called The Avenue Peachtree City, located at the busy intersection of Hwy. 54 and Hwy. 74. The Avenue already boasts such exclusive retailers as Talbot's, The Gap, Ann Taylor, Williams Sonoma, and Banana Republic, among others. The new office space will have the capacity for an additional 15 real estate agents and managing broker Kathy Murphy is actively recruiting new agents for these openings. Her sales team has a target move-in date of this fall. "Our sales team is thrilled about our new office which will offer a unique office village loft environment," stated Murphy.
