Each year the town of Tyrone must submit a financial report to the Atlanta Regional Commission concerning the impact fees they have collected, how much of the fees they have spent and what they have spent them on.

In the past year, Tyrone has collected $154,800 and spent $153,441. To date in the five-year program they have collected $311,491.03. In the past year they have spent the fees on the ballpark on Handley and the multi use trail system. Future projects will include enhancements of the Recreation Complex and the multi-use trail system among others.

Town Manager Barry Amos recommended to council to continue to collect fees and improve the town. The council voted unanimously to continue the program.
