Fville P&Z sets agenda

The Fayetteville Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct its monthly work session Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall. The regular monthly meeting is set for Tuesday, Sept. 24.

Agenda items include the following:

J & R Clothing, 1307 Hwy. 85 North, development plans.

Clarimont Bldg. 4, 284 Hwy. 314, elevation plans.

Sheffield Estates, Hwy. 92 at Jimmie Mayfield Drive, preliminary plat.

Burger King, 655 North Glynn Street, elevation plans for renovations.

Heritage Crest, annexation and rezoning from A-R (agricultural-residential) to R-40 PUD (planned unit development),

Jessica Evans, 570 East Lanier Avenue, development plans.

Proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance concerning Medical Office Zoning District, Downtown Commercial Zoning District, Community Commercial Zoning District, Highway Commercial Zoning District, and Standard Planned Unit Development.
