Haralson man arrested in PTC for sexual assault, possession of drugs By JOHN MUNFORD jmunford@TheCitizenNews.com A Haralson man arrested by Peachtree City police on drug charges early Sunday morning will also face one count of sexual battery. John T. Lincoln, 23, is accused by police of having pills believed to be xanax and vicadin, but a woman lodged separate charges of sexual battery, claiming that he inappropriately touched her. The incident took place at a residence on Ga. Highway 54 West between 3 and 4 a.m., according to warrants filed for Lincoln's arrest.
