Southfield coming to Lovejoy

Forrest Homes has announced plans for Southfield, a 118-unit townhome community in the Lovejoy area of Clayton County.

Located on Lovejoy Road just west of Hwy. 19-41, Southfield will offer four different floor plans, including a ranch plan with a loft. Home prices will start in the upper $80,000s.

Forrest Homes, which is headed by president, owner and founder Michael Adamson, has its headquarters in Alpharetta and marketing offices in Jonesboro. The company emphasizes the building of high-quality, affordable homes in a neighborhood setting.
