Gaddy offering Career Night Sept. 10

Retiring? Job loss? Tired of commuting to work? Are you just ready for a fresh start?

Maybe a career in real estate sales or real estate appraisal is for you.

The Gaddy School, south metro's premier real estate and appraisal school, located in the Publix shopping center on Ga. Highway 54 in Peachtree City, is holding a Career Night Tuesday, Sept. 10, from 6-8 p.m.

The evening will be hosted by Wade Gaddy, the director and principal instructor of the school. Gaddy, a real estate educator for more than 25 years and the author of four real estate texts, one of which is used in the real estate sales class, will present an overview of the requirements to pursue a career in real estate sales and appraisal.

Two guest speakers one a retired FAA employee now working as a real estate appraiser, and the other a perpetual Million Dollar Club real estate agent will share their experiences as they moved from being government and corporate employees to successful acareers in residential real estate sales and appraising. The remainder of the evening will be devoted to a question-and-answer session.

The Gaddy School, fully accredited by both the Georgia Real Estate Commission and the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board, offers day and evening real estate and appraisal classes, as well as continuing education classes for practicing real estate brokers, salespeople, and appraisers.
