Regency Oaks sales on the way up

Continuing the tradition of excellence in the historic South Fulton area, John Wieland's Regency Oaks neighborhood sold 12 homes in the six-week period ending mid April. CEO John Wieland, Region President Ed Woodland, Neighborhood Sales Managers Sherryl Mitchell and Tricia Browne, and Signature Builder Adam Anderson welcomed Ms. Gwendolyn Elmore and Ms. Sonia Burnett as they were excited to learn that they would be among the first homeowners at this prestigious South Fulton neighborhood.

Regency Oaks boasts more than 200 homesites with homes priced from the low $200s. It also introduces Wieland's newest collection of homes, the Regency Collection, which features elegant elevations by achieved architect Boye' Akinola and a portfolio of home styles and products ranging from 2700 to 3500 square feet. Regency Oaks is located minutes from Hartsfield Airport off Enon Road and Camp Creek Parkway.

Homeowners at Regency Oaks will enjoy a unique family lifestyle at the neighborhood's recreation center including a swimming pool with waterslide, tennis courts, children's playground, multi-purpose court, exercise room and a private clubhouse. All homes at Regency Oaks will include the Wieland 5-Year 20-Year Warranty, the most comprehensive warranty in the home building industry.
