New faces in new places

Tiffany Acuna has rejoined the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate.

She has three years of experience in on-site new home sales and has been in real estate for four year.

She lives in Henry County with her dog Houston, and she is also active in March of Dimes fundraising with the cooperation of Atlanta Gas Light.

Donna Daniel is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Daniel, who received her real estate training through the Georgia MLS School, was employed by SunTrust Banks Inc. for 16 years, working eight years in personal trust, one year in retirement services and seven years in executive compensation. She is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.

A Peachtree City resident for more than 25 years, she is married to Jerry Daniel. They have one daughter, Jennifer Daniel, 23; and one granddaughter, Haylea M. Beil, 4.

Pam Ethridge is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A Locust Grove resident, She has been married to Bryan Ethridge for 18 years. They have four children: Jeffrey, 17; Chad 15; David 14; and Brandy, 8.

She is a member of New Covenant Church of God in McDonough.

Al Gunn is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Gunn, who has been in real estate for six years, is a member of the Newnan/Coweta Board of Realtors. He has also been employed with Delta Air Lines for 24 years.

A resident of Fayette and Coweta counties during the past 18 years, Gunn and his wife Trish currently live in Sharpsburg. The have three children, Jessica, 14, Jonathan, 11, and Jordan, 4.

Gunn is a Sharpsburg AABC baseball coach in the 11-12-year-old division,and he attends Community Christian Church.

Teresa Gunter is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Gunter, who recently retired from Delta Air Lines after 22 years of service, is a resident of Fayette County and a member of Flat Creek

Baptist Church.

She and her husband Harry have two children, Cynthia, 30, and Greg, 28, and four grandchildren.

Matthew Johnson is a new buyer's agent with The Penny Henderson Team from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Johnson, who received his real estate training through the MLS Training Institute, is a resident of Stockbridge. Graduating from Eagle's Landing High School in 1996, he then attended Gordon College for two years. For the past three years, he has been in the electrical field, wiring new homes.

Johnson is engaged to Kerri Stephens, who is a hair dresser at Preston^(1)s Salon, and the wedding is scheduled on Sept. 28.

His outside interests include playing golf.

Patricia B. Kenney has joined the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate.

A Clayton County resident, she was previously with Bullard Realty Company for five years.

A mother and grandmother, she has four children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Carol Kinney is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

She attended DeKalb College and Clayton College and State University and has worked in education in Henry County for five years. She has also been active with United Way.

A Henry County resident, she is married to Ben Kinney. She has five children and four grandchildren.

Jan McCracken is a new agent with the Griffin/Spalding County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A Spalding County resident, she has previous held a management position with a major retail chain. She is a member of First United Methodist Church, where she is a member of the UMW Genesis Circle, and she serves as a school volunteer.

Married to Dana P. McCracken, she has two children, Hannah, 8, and Jack, 6.

Steve McGarrah is a new mortgage loan officer for Griffin Financial Services in the Newnan/Coweta County area and in the Columbus area.

A Columbus native, McGarrah attended Auburn University and received a degree in marketing from Columbus State University. He began his mortgage loan career in Columbus, working there for eight years.

He and his wife Edye have lived in Newnan since June 1.

Rhonda Phillips is a new sales associate with The Clowdus Team ofColdwell Banker Bullard Realty.

She received her training through the MLS Training Institute and has been in real estate for the past one and one-half years.

She is a former Gramm Super Agent with new homes sales of $2.6 million in 2001.

"I feel honored to join The Clowdus Team and to have the opportunity to work with such an outstanding Realtor, Susan Clowdus," she said.

A Henry County resident, she has been married for 20 years to James Phillips. They have two sons, Joshua, 19, and Matthew, 18.

She is a member of Community Bible Church in Stockbridge, and she enjoys aerobics, walking, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.

Keller Williams Realty has announced the association of Tom Sauls with their sales team.

Born in Atlanta, Tom grew up in College Park, and originally received his real estate license in Sept. 1969. Recently retiring from Delta Airlines after 35 years of service, Tom has reactivated his real estate license, receiving his current license from the Wade Gaddy School of Real Estate in Peachtree City.

He currently resides in Fayetteville with his wife, Brenda.

Patricia Jean (Patti) Watts is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A Henry County resident, she has been married to Randy Watts for 18 years. They have three children, Kellye, 15; Kevin, 13; and Kirsten, 9.

Jennifer Delores Weston is a new sales associate with the Griffin/Spalding County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Weston, who received her real estate training through the MLS Training Institute, has been employed by the Upson County Tax Assessors office for 10 years and currently holds an Appraiser II certification through the Department of Revenue.

A Thomaston resident, she has one daughter, Justina, 10.

She is a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Molena, where she serves as assistant church secretary and secretary of the usher board.

Pat Winston has joined the Riverdale/Tri-County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate.

She resides in Fayette County and has been in real estate for nine years. She is married to Llewellyn Winston, and they have two children, Kim and Jeffrey.

She is a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and is a block captain for the Princeton Chase Homeowners Association.
