Probation officer brought up on sex assault charges A probation officer has been arrested for sexually assaulting a woman whom he was supervising while she was on probation, according to police. Fayetteville Police arrested David Fry, 55, of Fayetteville Monday morning, charging him with one felony count of sexual assault. The incident took place at Fry's residence on Swanbrook Drive July 7, according to warrants for his arrest. Fry is accused of holding the victim down and getting on top of her, causing bruises to her inner thighs, legs and arms. John Munford What do you think of this story?
