A plaque of thanks Friends of murder victim Beverley Watson have presented to Maj. Bruce Jordan and the Fayette County Sheriff's Department in appreciation for the tenacious investigation into the murder of her slain friend. Jim Watson, Beverley's husband, was convicted last month in Fulton County of the murder, more than five years after she disappeared from the couple's southeast Fayette home.
