David Kreist, 27, for selling methamphetamine.

John Christopher Hayes, 23, for selling methamphetamine.

Susie Mearie Rowe, 37, for theft of services.

Teresa Darlene Meeks, 41, for theft of services.

Charles Mark Edwards, 29, for one felony count of violation of probation.

Rickey Dean Coursey, 45, for giving a false name to a police officer.

Rondy Bernard Howard, 32, for possession of marijuana, driving without a seat belt and possession of cocaine.

Erick Jenelle Billings, 23, for possession of marijuana, driving without a seat belt and possession of cocaine.

Stephanie Moore, 34, for passing a bad check.

Jamitrice McDuffie, 33, for passing a bad check.

Persephone Jones, 24, for violation of probation.

Anthony Wayne Head, 34, for violation of probation.

James Thomas Vogel, 57, for theft by deception.

Fostoria Dumas, 33, for deposit account fraud.

Latanya Thea Carson, 27, for passing a bad check.

Harris Gates, 55, for simple battery.

Eddie Sanchez, 20, for one felony count of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana (less than one ounce).
