Teresa Darlene Meeks, 41, for theft of services. Charles Mark Edwards, 29, for one felony count of violation of probation. Rickey Dean Coursey, 45, for giving a false name to a police officer. Rondy Bernard Howard, 32, for possession of marijuana, driving without a seat belt and possession of cocaine. Erick Jenelle Billings, 23, for possession of marijuana, driving without a seat belt and possession of cocaine. Stephanie Moore, 34, for passing a bad check. Jamitrice McDuffie, 33, for passing a bad check. Persephone Jones, 24, for violation of probation. Anthony Wayne Head, 34, for violation of probation. James Thomas Vogel, 57, for theft by deception.
