Courthouse design firm named Atlanta architecture firm Rosser International has been retained to design the Coweta County Justice Center. Rosser's team of architects and designers brings 33 years of experience to the project, having planned and designed more than 100 courthouse and justice facilities nationwide. Rosser's extensive work on large, complex projects in suburban communitieshas earned it a reputation for having excellent working relationships and communication with city and county governments, often reflected in the quality and cost effectiveness of its work. "Rosser sees itself as an extension of the county, assuring that every decision is based on an appropriate level of scrutiny for quality and practicality. It is an approach that keeps everyone on track and accountable throughout the project," said King Evans, vice president of client services. In Georgia, Rosser has designed courthouses in Bullock, Chatham, Columbia, DeKalb, Fayette, Fulton, and Richmond counties, four of which have been recognized by the American Institute of Architects for their outstanding designs. "We aim to create facilities that promote a sense of community pride and retain the rural and historical context of the community," said project manager Don Hein. Throughout the project Atlanta architectural firm Gardner, Spencer, Smith, Tench & Hensley P.C. will collaborate with Rosser on the building design.
