Home Innovations Unveils Product at SummerGrove

As Monarch Village in Henry surpasses its 50th home sale for the year and its 250th since the community's inception in 2000, Pathway Communities, the developer of Monarch Village, announces the addition of Centex Homes to its builder team at the community.

"It's great to have an alliance with a home builder of this caliber," said Dan Camp, Pathway Communities senior vice president and general manager. "Centex has longstanding reputation in the industry and its approach to home building are a perfect match for our customer-oriented philosophy of creating quality communities.

"The fact that Centex Homes has been honored with the No. 1 ranking for the third consecutive year on Fortune magazine's list of 'America's Most Admired Companies'" in the engineering and construction category, speaks volumes about the company."

"It's great to be a part of the Pathway Communities builder team," said Kim Ryan-Smith, Centex Homes sales manager. "Pathway Communities has a unique understanding of land planning and development. They focus their energy on creating quality living environments, and our homes will be one important element of that."

Centex will be building 83 homes in Monarch Village priced from the $140s-$160s. The company will have two model homes at Monarch Village which will showcase the homebuilders product variety available at Monarch Village.

Ryan-Smith notes that Centex looks to build upon the strong sales momentum already established at Monarch Village. "The fact that Monarch Village is one of the best selling communities on Atlanta's southside made our decision to join the builder group an easy one. We believe our product mix, coupled with the top-notch amenity offerings and convenient Monarch Village location, will prove to be a successful combination."

Monarch's unique amenity offerings include a water park with slide tower and water mushroom, a 16-acre lake with boating and fishing facilities, a soccer field, basketball courts, a variety of neighborhood parks and tot lots and over 10 miles of walking trails and sidewalks.

Home styles at Monarch Village range from traditional to turn-of-the-century and are priced from the low $100s to over $400,000. An on-site elementary school will open at Monarch Village in 2004.
