Wednesday, July 10, 2002 Real estate course offered The Advantage School of Real Estate is offering the 75-hour Real Estate Salesperson's Pre-Licensing Course began Monday and will run through Wednesday, July 31, at Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty's Peachtree City/Fayette County office, located at 1968-A Hwy. 54 West, Fayetteville (just east of the Peachtree City limits). Evening classes are scheduled from 6-10 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and daytime classes are from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, and Saturday, July 20. The cost is $450 per person, which covers the entire cost of the course. The instructor will be Pedro Carrillo, a licensed real estate instructor who is a fulltime instructor at the Georgia State University International School of Business. A limited number of participants in the course will be accepted.
