New faces in local real estate

Steven Dickens has joined the Jonesboro/Clayton County of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate.

Dickens has a business background of 15 years in retail management, serving in positions from store manager to regional manager with such companies as Edison Brothers Stores, Circuit City and Gateway Computers.

He was born in California and raised in Florida, graduating from Florida State University. Over the years, he and his family have lived in Virginia, North Carolina and Missouri, and they now reside in the Fayetteville area.

"I have moved so many times in my life that I can really emphathize with the stress and frustration that often accompanies a move. Because of this experience, I believe I can help the relocating family be free to concentrate on their family needs while I handle the details of the transaction and eliminate as much stress as possible," he said.

Dickens and his wife Vanessa have teenaged twins, Austin and Meagan, and a younger son, Nicholas. Dickens serves as vice president of his community homeowners association and treasurer of the Lovejoy High School Band Boosters. He and his wife are Cell Group leaders at Atlanta City Church.

Debbie Grissom is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Grissom, who received her training through the MLS Training Institute, holds a B.A. in urban planning from Southwest Texas State University.

A Henry County resident, she is married to Tripp Grissom. They have two children, Sara, 12, who is a member of the Luella Middle School Band; and Jake, 9.

Tracey L. Helton is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Helton, who received her training through the MLS Training Institute, is a 1988 graduate of Morrow Senior High School. Now a resident of Henry County, she is married to Thearon Helton and has two children, Zachary, 11, and Kaitlyn, 8.

She is a member of Flowing River Fellowship.

Karen Kelly is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A Coweta County resident, she is a member of World Changers Church. Also a licensed cosmotologist, she is an Atlanta Braves fan, ahd she enjoys hiking, horseback riding and tennis.

She and her husband, Laurie Kelly, have one son, Bryan, 24.

Sandie Loudermilk is a new sales associate with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Loudermilk, who received her real estate training through the MLS Institute, holds an A.S. degree in general business and has previously worked in customer service oriented-positions.

A Fayetteville resident, she is married to Mark Loudermilk and has two children, Rachel, 5, and Amelia, 2. She is a member of Eagle's Landing Presbyterian Church.
