New Waterpark Unveiled at SummerGrove

As SummerGrove continues its record-setting sales pace, Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove, has unveiled a new waterpark to make the community even more attractive to potential home buyers.

Looking more like a vacation retreat than an amenity area, the new SummerGrove waterpark has a competition size swimming pool, a large water mushroom, a lazy river ride and water sprays.

According to Peggy Sullivan, Pathway Communities vice president of marketing, the new SummerGrove amenity area is one of the best in Atlanta's southern crescent. "At SummerGrove, our ultimate goal in the new amenity area is to provide residents with a resort-style setting so they can get away from it all without having to leave their community."

SummerGrove also has a Golf Digest-ranked golf course, a 100-acre private lake a variety of neighborhood parks, over five miles of pedestrian paths and sidewalks, a fitness trail and a tennis complex.

"At SummerGrove, we have put a heavy emphasis on amenities," says Sullivan. "And believe SummerGrove's amenities set us apart from other communities."

SummerGrove also offers a unique technology program for every home. The program includes structured wiring, the potential for ultra-fast Internet access and an exclusive community Intranet built specially for the residents of SummerGrove.

SummerGrove's uniqueness spans more than amenities and technology. SummerGrove is the only Atlanta-area master-planned community with 13 decorated models.

"In order to fully tell the SummerGrove story, we believe it is necessary to give home buyers tangible evidence of the range of choice in each neighborhood, not just a copy of an elevation and a floor plan," says Sullivan. "At SummerGrove, we've made a conscious decision to make home shopping a pleasurable experience."

Home styles in SummerGrove range from traditional to turn-of-the-century to custom and are priced from the mid $100s to over $700,000. To visit SummerGrove from Atlanta, take I-85 South to Exit 47 (Newnan). Go left on Hwy. 34 one mile, and turn right on Shenandoah Blvd.

SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Blvd. The Information Center is open Monday-Saturday 11 a.m.-5 p.m and Sunday 1-5 p.m. For more information, call 770-252-9000, or visit www.summergrove.com.
