Ronnie Morrell Ragsdale, 23, for violation of probation. Jenny Leih Crownover, 18, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. William Alexander Greene, 23, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Matthew Robert Smith, 18, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Andre D'Shawn Chaney, 17, for trafficking in cocaine and driving without a license. Clarence Thomas, 67, for making an illegal U-turn and driving without a license.
