Job fair scheduled for after school program
The Fayette County After-School Program (ASP) will be hosting a job fair for various part-time positions starting with the 2002-2003 academic year. The fair will be held July 25 in building D (cafeteria) of the LaFayette Educational Center at 205 LaFayette Avenue in Fayetteville. Fair hours are scheduled for 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2:30-4:30 p.m. Interested candidates must complete a job application and return it to the Fayette County School System's Human Resources Department prior to the fair. Applications are available at the Fayette County Board of Education, 210 Stonewall Avenue in Fayetteville. The office is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. All positions are for a maximum of 19 hours per week and potential employees must be available to work Monday-Friday from 2-6 p.m. The starting salary begins at $8.50 per hour.
