Fencing dangerous dogs to be subject of PTC workshop The Mayor and City Council of Peachtree City will hold a workshop Thursday at 6 p.m. in the City Hall Council chambers to discuss requiring fenced runs for large or potentially vicious dogs. Concerns have arisen about such animals being tethered and unsupervised in yards and becoming an attractive nuisance and possible danger to neighborhood children. This discussion is not intended to include all house pets that may occasionally be outside on the owner's unfenced property, and certainly does not include requiring all dog owners to have fenced yards.
