PTC police bust sex massage shop

Police in Peachtree City have arrested three people in connection with alleged illegal sex acts at the VIP Spa and Massage Therapy location on Ga. Highway 74 near Wisdom Road.

According to reports, information previously received by police led to an undercover operation last Friday and the subsequent arrest of the business owner and two employees, all three of whom are illegal aliens.

Phouth Van, 35, of Riverdale was charged with keeping a place of prostitution, carrying a concealed weapon and giving false information to a police officer.

Rujee Kongngoen, 31, of Riverdale was charged with unlawful practice of massage.

Onanong Manivong, 28, of Riverdale was charged with masturbation for hire.

VIP also received notice from police that its business license has been suspended, according to police reports. Officers have obtained names and other information, including credit card numbers, concerning previous clients. Police have indicated that the investigation is ongoing and other people will be contacted in relation to the above offenses.
