Man arrested for raping PTC woman at home By JOHN MUNFORD jmunford@TheCitizenNews.com A Peachtree City man has been arrested for raping a woman he was living with. Kevin Lane Patrick, 42, is charged with rape, obstructing a 911 call and simple battery. According to police, Patrick had intercourse with the victim against her will and in the process he held down the victim's arms, resulting in bruises. Maj. Mike DuPree of the Peachtree City Police Department said Patrick was living with the victim. Georgia law forbids police from revealing the identity of sex crime victims. Warrants for Patrick's arrest filed by police allege that he unplugged and disbanded all the phones in the home to prevent the victim from reporting the incident.
